As a Growth Group Facilitator at the Gies College of Business, I led interactive sessions for Business 401, a senior-level capstone course emphasizing student-centered learning and professional development. I guided groups of 10–20 students through discussions, skill assessments, and reflective exercises designed to build leadership, communication, and critical thinking capabilities.

Facilitated 100+ student interactions, driving leadership growth and engagement through structured discussions and data-informed academic support.

I managed student progress tracking, attendance, and grading in Canvas, ensuring timely communication and academic accountability. Collaborating closely with faculty and teaching teams, I helped organize hybrid course events, compiled bi-weekly student performance summaries, and developed learning resources that increased participation and engagement across online cohorts.
